Bath and sauna goods on Kaspi sell at a 12.5% rate including VAT, and no category permission is needed. The difficulties are elsewhere. Kaspi Delivery doesn't carry stove stones, plunge tubs or bath windows at all, and an 85 kg wood-burning stove costs 9,917 ₸ to ship to another city. Below: where the line is, what to do about stones, and eight items calculated in tenge.
In short
- Stoves, doors, steam generators and accessories all go at one rate: 12.5% with VAT, 10.9% without VAT.
- Stove stones, plunge tubs and bath windows have to travel with your own delivery, and its cost has to be built into the product card.
- A heavy stove eats twice as much on delivery to the regions as within the city: 9,917 ₸ versus 4,813 ₸ at 60–100 kg.
- An accessory set around 9,000 ₸ is better not raised by a couple of hundred tenge: above the 10,000 ₸ threshold, delivery is calculated by weight.
- We didn't find a single bath brand in the restricted list as of Nov 7, 2026, but it's still worth checking your purchase.
Where bath goods sit and what Kaspi charges
Kaspi splits the bath range across two sections (Tariffs 2026, PDF). All the "hardware" and construction items sit in «Строительство, ремонт → Баня и сауна» (Construction and renovation → Bath and sauna). Hats, ladles, steaming bowls and other small items sit in «Товары для дома и дачи → Дача, сад и огород → Аксессуары для бани и сауны» (Home and country house → Garden → Bath and sauna accessories). The rate is the same in both.

Camping saunas are a separate story. This is a tourism product, and the buyer is different: an angler, a hunter, a hiker. If you sell both, keep them in different collections, or the descriptions will get muddled. We have a separate article on the tourism range: fishing and tourism goods on Kaspi.
What Kaspi Delivery won't carry
The document listing goods that can't be sent with Kaspi Delivery (PDF) has three bath items in the «Товары для дома и дачи» (Home and country house) section:
- stove stones;
- plunge tubs for the bath;
- bath windows.
The plunge tub and the window are obvious: size, glass, fragility. The stones look unexpected. A 20 kg sack is an ordinary load, but it's on the list, and arguing with the drop-off point is pointless. Stove sellers usually find this out after the first "stove + stones" order.
Stones: two workable options
The first option is to sell stones only in your own city, with your own delivery or pickup. The second is not to list stones at all and to say honestly in the stove description that stones aren't included and how many kilograms are needed. A buyer from another city will buy them locally and won't come to you with a "the stove arrived empty" complaint.
What you can't do: put the stones in the box with the stove and ship it as one parcel. The seller rules prohibit declaring characteristics, weight and dimensions at hand-over for delivery that don't match the item (q1342, updated Sep 30, 2026, clause 1.11). A parcel that weighs 20 kg more than the stove in the card is exactly that case.
General size restrictions
At the end of the same document there's a rule for all categories. Restrictions may apply to items longer than 3 meters, heavier than 250 kg, bulky items shipped assembled, and orders of more than 10 bulky pieces. For a bath seller this is directly about steam barrels, cedar barrels and ready-made sauna cabins. If a cabin travels assembled, ask the drop-off point first, and only then list the card for the whole of Kazakhstan.
Brands and bans
In the restricted brands list as of Nov 7, 2026 (PDF) we found neither Harvia, nor Термофор, nor Везувий, nor any other well-known bath stove maker. The list gets updated, and it's easy to miss a line in a document with several thousand brands. Check your brand when you create the card: if it's restricted, the seller cabinet will show a form for documents itself. The procedure is described in q2618: a letter from the rights holder, a purchase agreement, waybills and payment for the last 90 days, at least 10 units of the brand. Used goods, counterfeits and replicas are banned (q3904, updated Jan 16, 2026). A stove that stood in a showroom and was fired up for a demonstration is also off-limits: Kaspi doesn't allow selling unpacked items that were used for display (q1342). For stoves this happens often, because sellers like to show them "in action".
The math: from a bath hat to an 85 kg stove
This is a hypothetical example, not a client case. We made up the prices, purchase costs and packaging, and left taxes out. Kaspi Delivery rates are from q2288 (updated Jun 16, 2026), in effect since Jan 1, 2026, and in the table they already include 16% VAT.
How delivery is calculated. For a receipt under 10,000 ₸ the order amount decides: from 1,000 to 3,000 ₸ it's 173 ₸, from 5,000 to 10,000 ₸ to another city it's 927 ₸. From 10,000 ₸ the weight decides. From 5 to 15 kg it's 1,565 ₸ within the city and 1,971 ₸ to the regions. From 15 to 30 kg to the regions, 4,175 ₸. From 30 to 60 kg, 6,553 ₸. From 60 to 100 kg, 4,813 ₸ within the city and 9,917 ₸ to the regions.

The minimum price is calculated like this: (purchase cost + delivery + packaging) ÷ (1 − rate). For the 85 kg stove going to the regions: (232,000 + 9,917 + 2,500) ÷ 0.875 ≈ 279,334 ₸. For the door: (41,000 + 4,175 + 1,200) ÷ 0.875 = 53,000 ₸. Below these figures, every order to another city goes into the red before taxes. Regions versus the city
The same 85 kg stove brings 40,687 ₸ from an in-city order and 35,583 ₸ from an order to Aktobe. The 5,104 ₸ difference is entirely delivery. On a 320,000 ₸ stove that's less than two percent of the price, and it looks like a trifle. But the margin on stoves is usually thinner than in our example. If you calculate the minimum price for your own city, a bot or a manager will hold a price at which a regional order brings almost nothing.
The 10,000 ₸ threshold for accessories
The ladle and steaming bowl set at 8,900 ₸ goes to the regions for 927 ₸. Raise it to 10,200 ₸ and delivery becomes 1,507 ₸, because the order has moved into the weight grid. Of the 1,300 ₸ added to the price, 162 ₸ goes to commission and another 580 ₸ to delivery. If you raise it, raise it by a noticeable amount at once, or build a bigger set: ladle, steaming bowl, hat and thermometer together.
The 30 kg step for doors
A bath door with glass usually weighs 25–35 kg. A 28 kg door goes to the regions for 4,175 ₸, a 32 kg door for 6,553 ₸. If your supplier has similar models in different configurations, compare the packed weight before choosing which one to list. The weight must be real: understating it at hand-over is prohibited by the rules.
Your own delivery for stones and plunge tubs
Plunge tubs and stones aren't in the table: Kaspi has no rates for them. The formula is the same; you just plug in your own money instead of the Kaspi rate. A hypothetical example: a plunge tub at 180,000 ₸, purchase cost 125,000 ₸, your own delivery with movers within the city 10,000 ₸. Commission is 22,500 ₸, and 22,500 ₸ is left over. Minimum price: (125,000 + 10,000) ÷ 0.875 ≈ 154,286 ₸.
The catch is that a buyer from another city sees the same price. With your own delivery, Kaspi prohibits refusing door-to-door delivery if a house number is given, and demanding extra payment for carrying a bulky item up to the floor (q1342, section 2). So a plunge tub has two honest paths. You can limit your own delivery zone to your city. Or you can raise the price enough to cover the most expensive route you're willing to serve.
Stones are simpler: a sack within the city goes with the same courier as the stove. But if a buyer from the regions needs stones and you sent the stove with Kaspi Delivery, you won't be able to fulfil the stones order. That's why the stove card should say directly that stones are sold only in your city.
The product card, returns and damage
Buyers choose a bath stove by steam room volume, power (for electric ones) or firebox type; for doors they look at the opening size and the opening side. The main characteristics can't be changed once a card is more than a month old (q3554, updated Feb 23, 2026). Mix up a left-hand opening with a right-hand one, and you'll have to create a new card and lose the reviews you've collected.
Returns follow the general rules: 14 days for an item that wasn't used and kept its appearance, and 30 days for a defective one (q2269, updated Sep 21, 2026). A stove with traces of firing can't be returned "as new". If it comes back with soot, the seller may refuse, and the buyer can dispute the refusal within three days (q2277).
If an item is damaged in Kaspi Delivery, a claim is filed within 10 days for in-city delivery and 45 days for delivery across Kazakhstan (q2306, updated Nov 25, 2025). Compensation is 10%, 30% or 100% depending on the damage. A cracked glass in a door is more likely 100%, but you'll then have to store the item for a month for the courier service. Pack heavy stoves and doors in a wooden crate or dense multi-layer cardboard: with improper packaging, compensation may be refused. More in the article packing goods for Kaspi Delivery.
Common mistakes when selling bath and sauna goods
- Stones shipped together with the stove. Kaspi Delivery doesn't carry stove stones, and an inflated parcel weight breaks the seller rules.
- A plunge tub listed for all of Kazakhstan with your own in-city delivery. The first order from another city will turn the margin into a carrier bill.
- The stove's minimum price calculated for your city. Every regional order for a 60–100 kg stove brings 5,104 ₸ less.
- An accessory set raised to 10,200 ₸. Delivery went up by 580 ₸, and almost nothing is left of the increase.
- A display stove sold as new. Unpacked demonstration samples can't be sold on Kaspi.
- The door's opening side not entered in the main characteristics. After a month it can no longer be fixed.
- Door glass packed in a single layer of cardboard. Compensation for damage may be refused because of the packaging.
Checklist: bath goods on Kaspi
Start with logistics, because in this niche it decides more than the price. Stones, plunge tubs and bath windows go by your own delivery or pickup, and the buyer can see that from the description. Then look at weight: weigh every stove and door in its packaging and check which tariff step it falls into. The minimum price depends on it, and you need to calculate it for delivery to another city, or regional orders will go almost to zero.
- [ ] The stove brand is checked against the restricted brands list.
- [ ] The stove description says whether stones are included and how many are needed.
- [ ] Display samples and stoves that were fired up don't go on sale.
- [ ] Accessory sets around 10,000 ₸ are recalculated with delivery.
- [ ] Opening side, dimensions and power are entered in the main characteristics.
- [ ] Door and stove glass is packed with a margin, and a packing video is recorded.
- [ ] For the plunge tub, it's decided: your city only, or a price for the long route.
How to automate prices for bath goods
Cards for popular electric stoves and accessory sets often have several sellers, and prices there change.
