Pools and accessories on Kaspi sell at a 12.5% rate with VAT, and the category is open. The first thing sellers trip over is the brand: Intex, INTEX-LUX and Bestway are on the restricted list, and without permission you can't create a card for them. The second is logistics. A 549 cm frame pool weighs more than 100 kg and ships to another region for 13,919 ₸, while a 20-litre canister of chemicals may not pass the general restriction on liquids over 5 litres. Below are the sections, the documents and a calculation for ten items.

- The whole "Pools and accessories" section carries 10.9% without VAT and 12.5% with VAT: pools, filters, pumps, chemicals, ladders, covers, swim rings.
- Intex, INTEX-LUX and Bestway are on the restricted brands list as of Nov 8, 2026. You need a rights holder letter, a contract and 90 days of invoices.
- Pools are not on the "not via Kaspi Delivery" list, but general limits apply: longer than 3 m, heavier than 250 kg, liquids over 5 L, more than 10 bulky pieces.

What the section includes and how much Kaspi takes
Look for pools not in sports but under the dacha: "Home and dacha goods → Dacha, garden and vegetable garden → Pools and accessories" (2026 tariffs, PDF). There are ten subcategories there; in the table we combined some of them.

Dry ball pits don't belong here. They are "Children's goods → Playground", with the same rate but a different buyer: parents of toddlers, not dacha owners. Brands: Intex and Bestway
This is the niche's main nuance. The restricted brands list as of Nov 8, 2026 (PDF) includes Intex, INTEX-LUX and Bestway. These are exactly the brands sellers most often import. If you've bought a container of frame pools and don't have permission, you won't be able to list them: when you create the card, the account shows a document form.
What to attach depends on where the goods come from (q2618, updated Jul 10, 2026). If the supplier buys from the official representative, you need an information letter from the rights holder about the supplier's rights, a purchase contract and documents with the trademark for the last 90 days: invoices and proof of payment, at least 10 units of the brand. If there is an intermediary between you, add a contract with them and letters from the official supplier and the rights holder. Buying on the brand's official website is also possible, but only when the goods are already in your warehouse, the receipts are in the director's name, there are at least 10 items and less than 60 days have passed since the purchase.
Pay attention to the 90 days. If you stocked up in March for the season and came for permission in June, some invoices may fall outside the window. Submit documents right after the purchase, not just before the heat. The pool category itself isn't restricted (q2224, updated Oct 5, 2026). Used goods and counterfeits are banned (q3904, updated Jan 16, 2026). So is a pool that stood assembled at a display area, because unpacked goods can't be sold after being demonstrated (clause 3.2 of the seller rules).
Delivery: general limits and chemicals
What isn't on the list and what's in the addendum
The document on goods that cannot be sent via Kaspi Delivery (PDF) doesn't name pools, filters or chemicals. But at the end of the document there is an addendum for all categories. Restrictions may apply if the item is:
- longer than 3 metres;
- heavier than 250 kg;
- bulky and shipped assembled;
- bulky, with more than 10 pieces in the order;
- a liquid of more than 5 litres;
- explosive or flammable, fragile, or in need of special packaging.
For pools almost every point applies to somebody. The frame poles of large rectangular models can be long, and it's worth measuring the packaging in advance. An assembled showroom pool is bulky goods shipped assembled. A 20-litre canister of chemicals is a liquid over 5 litres.
Chemicals: tablets and canisters
Chlorine in tablets or granules is a dry product and doesn't fall under the liquids restriction. Liquid products are different: Kaspi Delivery carries a one-litre bottle of pH minus or algaecide, but under the general rule it may refuse a 20-litre canister. Kaspi doesn't specify whether it treats particular pool products as flammable or explosive. Before listing canisters nationwide, send one trial shipment and see how it's received. If it's refused, sell them in your own city with your own delivery (own delivery on Kaspi).
One more detail from the packaging instructions (PDF). Liquids and goods that must travel in a certain position are marked with handling symbols. On a canister that means "This way up" and "Keep dry", not just tape.
Several boxes
A large frame pool often comes in two or three boxes: the liner, the frame and the filter pump. Each part is packed separately with its own waybill, and the number of boxes is entered in the "Количество мест" (number of pieces) field (q3043, updated Aug 22, 2024). State one piece and bring three, and two boxes may be refused. Each drop-off point also has its own size and weight limits; you can see them on the map by tapping the point (q3047, updated Jan 22, 2026).
Calculation: from a swim ring to a 118 kg pool
A hypothetical example, not a client case. We set the prices, purchase costs and packaging ourselves and leave taxes out. Kaspi Delivery tariffs apply from Jan 1, 2026 (q2288, updated Jun 16, 2026), and the table includes 16% VAT.
Pools use almost the whole tariff grid. A 2,600 ₸ swim ring costs 173 ₸ to another region and a 6,800 ₸ tub of chlorine 927 ₸, because below 10,000 ₸ Kaspi looks at the amount. After that it's weight: a cover under 5 kg is 1,507 ₸, an inflatable pool or a 5–15 kg filter is 1,971 ₸, a 30–60 kg frame pool is 6,553 ₸ to another region and 3,363 ₸ within the city, and anything heavier than 100 kg is 13,919 ₸.

The minimum price: (purchase + delivery + packaging) ÷ (1 − rate). A 366 cm frame pool to another region: (76,000 + 6,553 + 1,000) ÷ 0.875 ≈ 95,489 ₸. Based on city delivery it would be ≈ 91,843 ₸. A set with a pump is cheaper to ship
A 42 kg pool and a 6.5 kg filter pump as two orders to another region cost 6,553 + 1,971 = 8,524 ₸ in delivery. As one 48.5 kg order, 6,553 ₸, because the total weight stayed in the 30–60 kg step. That's a 1,971 ₸ saving, meaning the pump ships for free. Hence a practical move: keep not only separate cards but also a set card, if the brand has such an article number, and calculate its minimum price on the total weight.
The opposite case is when the set goes over 100 kg. A 95 kg pool with a pump and a ladder easily reaches 108–110 kg, and delivery to another region jumps from 9,917 to 13,919 ₸. Weigh the packed set before setting a price.
Chlorine: one tub or two
One 6,800 ₸ tub of chlorine ships to another region for 927 ₸. Two for 13,600 ₸ already cost 1,507 ₸, but they also leave you 3,643 ₸ versus 1,603 ₸ from one. Here the 10,000 ₸ threshold isn't scary: the second tub brings in an extra 2,040 ₸. A "chlorine + pH minus + test strips" set of around 11,000–12,000 ₸ works the same way.
The card, the season and returns
Kaspi links a product to a card by its key attributes (q3554, updated Feb 23, 2026). For a pool these are size, shape, type (frame or inflatable) and volume. Several sizes in one card are allowed only in clothing and footwear, so 305, 366 and 457 cm are three cards. After a month the key attributes can no longer be changed. In the description, the buyer looks for volume in litres, depth, and whether the set includes a filter pump, a ladder and a cover. An incomplete set is a common reason for returns.

A buyer can return an unused pool within 14 days and a defective one within 30 days or the warranty period (q2269, updated Sep 21, 2026). A pool that was assembled and filled with water, then returned a week later as "the wrong size", has traces of use: sand in the folds, a wet liner. You can refuse such a return, and the buyer has the right to dispute the refusal within three days (q2277, updated Nov 27, 2024). If the item is damaged in Kaspi Delivery, a claim is filed within 10 days within the city and 45 days across Kazakhstan (q2306, updated Nov 25, 2025).
Common mistakes when selling pools on Kaspi
- The Intex container arrived, but there's no permission. You can't create cards, and June won't wait while you collect letters from the supplier.
- Documents were submitted four months after the purchase. Invoices older than 90 days won't help; the window has closed.
- 20-litre canisters are listed nationwide. The drop-off point may not accept liquids over 5 litres, and an order from Kostanay will have to be cancelled.
- The minimum price is based on your own city. For a 30–60 kg frame pool that's minus 3,190 ₸ on every regional order.
- Nobody weighed the set with the ladder. It went over 100 kg, adding 4,002 ₸ to delivery.
- Three boxes, one piece on the waybill. Two of them may be turned away at the drop-off point.
- Not a word about the filter pump in the description. The buyer expected it in the box, didn't find it and filed a return.
Checklist: pools on Kaspi
Everything starts with the brand. If you import Intex or Bestway, collect the permission documents right after the purchase, while the invoices are less than 90 days old. Then logistics: dry chemicals and pools under 100 kg go nationwide, while canisters over 5 litres need a trial shipment first. And the minimum price is based on delivery to another city only.
