Cases, screen protectors and chargers on Kaspi all sit in one section, «Аксессуары для телефонов» (Phone accessories), but their commission differs: 15.5% including VAT on a case and 12.5% on a charger. On a 2,900 ₸ item those three points show up in every payout. The second feature of the niche is compatibility. A case for the iPhone 15 doesn't fit the iPhone 15 Pro, and for Kaspi these are two different products with different cards. The third is documents for anything that plugs into a socket. Below we go through all three and calculate what's left from a case, a screen protector, a cable, a charger and a power bank.
In short
- The commission on cases, screen protectors and cables is 15.5% including VAT; on chargers and power banks it's 12.5% (Kaspi tariffs 2026).
- The phone model and color are main attributes, so a case for the A35 and one for the A55 are two cards.
- Chargers are on the certification lists of TR CU 004/2011 and 020/2011.
- Replicas are banned, and originals of restricted brands need Kaspi's permission.

Two commissions in one section
In Kaspi's 2026 tariffs all of this sits in «Телефоны и гаджеты → Аксессуары для телефонов» (Phones and gadgets → Phone accessories), but the rates inside the section differ (2026 tariffs, PDF).

Three points look like nothing on paper. Take a 2,500 ₸ cable: at 15.5% Kaspi keeps 388 ₸, at 12.5% it would keep 312 ₸. If you sell a hundred cables a month, the difference adds up to 7,600 ₸. On a cable that's 76 ₸ per order. A charger with a cable in the box is sold as a charger and goes at 12.5%. A cable on its own goes at 15.5%. More on rates in Kaspi commission for sellers.
The same 15.5% rate covers things people think about least at launch: smartphone displays, phone batteries, holders, stickers, repair tools. If you sell spare parts to service centers, count them the same way as cases. Headphones, on the other hand, are in a different section, «ТВ, Аудио, Видео» (TV, Audio, Video), so check their rate separately in the tariffs.
There are no restricted categories here (q2224, updated Oct 5, 2026). But accessories are one of the niches where sellers most often run into brand issues. Original cases and cables from well-known brands may require a letter from the rights holder or a contract, plus invoices and payments for the last 90 days, at least 10 units (q2618, updated Jul 10, 2026). And a "cable like Apple's" with someone else's logo is a replica, which is banned outright (q3904, updated Jan 16, 2026). More in brand restrictions on Kaspi.
The product card: one phone model, one card
Kaspi links a product to a card by its main attributes (q3554, updated Feb 23, 2026). For a case or a screen protector these are first of all the phone model it's made for, and the color. Several colors in one card are allowed only for clothing and footwear. So a clear case for the Samsung Galaxy A55 and the same one for the A35 are two cards, and black and blue for the same model are two as well. Only products of the same brand and category with matching main attributes can be merged (q5146, updated Jul 23, 2026).
The most expensive mistake in this niche is mixing up the model. The supplier sent a spreadsheet where the A35 and A55 sit in neighboring rows, you copied the wrong one, and the card went to review. You noticed six weeks later when the returns started, and the main attributes are already locked. You can create a new card, but the reviews stay on the old one. That's why it's better to check the model against the box of a real sample.
What else to put in the description:
- for screen protectors: full coverage or not, a camera cutout, compatibility with a case;
- for cables: connectors on both ends, length in meters, fast-charging support;
- for chargers: power in watts, number of ports, whether a cable is included;
- for power banks: capacity in mAh and outputs.

Documents: anything that plugs into a socket
Chargers and power supplies
The annex to TR CU 004/2011 on low-voltage equipment lists «блоки питания, зарядные устройства, стабилизаторы напряжения» ("power supplies, chargers, voltage stabilizers") among household electrical appliances. This is the list of products whose conformity is confirmed by certification. The same item is on the certification list under TR CU 020/2011 on electromagnetic compatibility (TR CU 004/2011, TR CU 020/2011). For a wall charger, ask the supplier for certificates under both regulations.
Cables, power banks and cases
TR CU 004/2011 applies to equipment rated from 50 to 1,000 V AC and from 75 to 1,500 V DC. A USB cable and a power bank work below these thresholds, so on their own they don't fall under this regulation. Which documents a specific model needs, check with the supplier or a certification body. Cases and screen protectors have nothing to do with the electrical regulations.
No labeling, no IMEI
Phone accessories aren't on the list of goods with mandatory labeling that we covered in product labeling for Kaspi. A case or a charger has no IMEI either: the code rule applies to phones and tablets. More in phones on Kaspi and IMEI.
Packing: small items and batteries
Kaspi's packing instructions set a minimum size for small items up to 1 kg: a courier bag of 15×12 cm or a box of 14×20 cm. Smaller packaging isn't accepted for shipping (How to pack goods for Kaspi Delivery, PDF). A screen protector in its 8×16 cm branded envelope will have to go into a bigger bag. Glass is fragile, so put a piece of cardboard in the bag with it.
For power banks and batteries the same instructions have a separate handling label, «Осторожно. Аккумуляторные батареи» ("Caution. Batteries"). If an item isn't packed by the rules, Kaspi may refuse compensation for damage (q2296, updated Nov 5, 2025). Record the packing on video: "the bag arrived empty" disputes happen in this niche because the items are so small.
The math: what's left from a case, a screen protector and a charger
The numbers are hypothetical, not a client case: we made up the prices and purchase costs and left taxes out. Delivery follows Kaspi's tariffs in force from Jan 1, 2026, with 16% VAT added (q2288, updated Jun 16, 2026). Below 10,000 ₸ the tariff depends on the order sum: up to 3,000 ₸ it's 173 ₸, from 3,000 to 5,000 ₸ it's 231 ₸, from 5,000 to 10,000 ₸ it's 811 ₸ within the city and 927 ₸ across Kazakhstan.

Minimum price = (Purchase cost + Delivery + Packing) ÷ (1 − Commission incl. VAT)
For a case and a screen protector divide by 0.845, because the commission is 15.5%. Case: (900 + 173) ÷ 0.845 ≈ 1,270 ₸; screen protector: (450 + 173) ÷ 0.845 ≈ 737 ₸. For a charger and a power bank the divisor is 0.875. The charger comes out at (3,600 + 927) ÷ 0.875 ≈ 5,174 ₸, the power bank at (7,800 + 1,507) ÷ 0.875 ≈ 10,637 ₸.
Cheap items win on markup, expensive ones on turnover
Look at the table again. A 2,900 ₸ case earns more than a 12,000 ₸ power bank. The case is priced at three times its purchase cost, the power bank has a small markup and weight-based delivery. The room above the minimum price differs too: a case can be cut by more than half, a power bank by only 1,363 ₸. In a card with a price war, the power bank is the one you'll lose first.
The 3,000 ₸ threshold
If you raise the same case to 3,100 ₸, delivery goes up from 173 to 231 ₸. That's only 58 ₸, so you still come out ahead: 1,489 ₸ left versus 1,377 ₸. The threshold to worry about is 5,000 ₸. Above it an order to another city ships for 927 ₸. If you've put together a "case + screen protector" bundle, keep it at 4,800 ₸, not 5,100 ₸.
Returns
A buyer can return an unused item within 14 days (q2269, updated Sep 21, 2026). Kaspi refunds the commission on a returned order, but the delivery that was charged stays with you (q1344, updated Jan 6, 2026). For a case that's 173 ₸, about an eighth of the profit. An applied screen protector is already a used item and can't be returned as unused. The exception for cellular subscriber devices in article 30 of the Law "On consumer protection" covers phones, not accessories (Law of the RK No. 274-IV). More in returns on Kaspi for sellers.
Common mistakes when selling phone accessories on Kaspi
- One commission for the whole section. Cases and cables go at 15.5%, chargers and power banks at 12.5%, and the minimum price has to be calculated separately.
- The wrong phone model in the card. After a month it can't be fixed, and you'll have to create a new card.
- Several case colors in one card. That's only allowed for clothing and footwear.
- A wall charger without certificates. Chargers are named directly on the certification lists of TR CU 004/2011 and 020/2011.
- An "original" cable without brand documents. If the brand is restricted, the card won't be approved without a letter or contract, and a replica is banned outright.
- A screen protector in an envelope that's too small. Packaging under 15×12 cm isn't accepted.
- A bundle at 5,100 ₸. Delivery to another city goes up from 231 to 927 ₸.
- A low-markup power bank in a price war. The room above the minimum price is 1,363 ₸, and a couple of cuts eat it.
Checklist: phone accessories on Kaspi
- [ ] The brand is checked against the restricted list, and there are no replicas in the range.
- [ ] The minimum price is calculated with its own commission: 15.5% or 12.5%.
- [ ] Each phone model and each color is a separate card.
- [ ] The model is checked against the sample's box.
- [ ] The description has connectors, length, power, capacity and compatibility.
- [ ] Wall chargers have certificates under TR CU 004/2011 and 020/2011.
- [ ] Small items are packed in at least 15×12 or 14×20 cm.
- [ ] Power banks carry the «Осторожно. Аккумуляторные батареи» ("Caution. Batteries") label.
- [ ] Bundles are checked near the 5,000 ₸ threshold.

What commission does Kaspi charge on cases and chargers?
It depends on the subcategory. For a case, screen protector or cable Kaspi takes 15.5% including VAT. A charger and a power bank cost less, at 12.5%, even though they sit in the same «Аксессуары для телефонов» (Phone accessories) section.
Do I need permission to sell cases on Kaspi?
The section isn't restricted, so unbranded cases need no permission. Original accessories from restricted brands will need a letter from the rights holder or a contract, plus invoices.
Can I sell cases for different models in one card?
No. Kaspi compares products by main attributes, and for a case those are the model and the color. A black case for the A55 and a blue one for the A35 will live in different cards, and you can't add a color choice the way sneakers have one.
Which documents do chargers need?
For a wall unit, ask the supplier for two certificates, under TR CU 004/2011 and under 020/2011: chargers are named on both lists. Cables and power banks are trickier, their voltage is below the 004 thresholds, so it's best to ask a certification body.
Why does a power bank earn less than a case?
Look at the purchase cost. The power bank in the example costs you 7,800 ₸ and sells for 12,000 ₸, and an order over 10,000 ₸ ships by weight, for 1,507 ₸. You keep 1,193 ₸. For the case you paid 900 ₸, delivery is 173 ₸, and it brings 1,377 ₸.
How do I calculate the minimum price for a case?
Purchase cost 900 ₸, delivery 173 ₸, 1,073 ₸ together. Since the commission on cases is 15.5%, divide by 0.845 and you get about 1,270 ₸. If a competitor sets 1,200 ₸, they either bought cheaper or are already selling at a loss.
Can an applied screen protector be returned?
Not as an unused item: it no longer has its original appearance. If the glass turned out to be defective, the buyer has 30 days to return a defective product.
