Your main city’s price stays in your main city
By default the bot copies the main city’s new price to every city where the item is sold. With this feature it changes prices only in the main city and your purchased extra cities, and leaves the rest as they are.

How the bot prices each city
The feature changes one thing only: what happens in cities you haven’t purchased. In the main city and purchased cities the bot works as usual.
Purchased cities are your shop’s main city plus the ones you added with the “Extra cities” service.
When you need it

A price war in your main city
In Almaty, competitors pushed the price down close to your minimum. Without the feature that price spreads to every city you sell in — even where there are fewer competitors.

Delivery to the region costs more
You keep prices higher in distant cities to cover delivery. The bot won’t drag them down after the main city.

A city isn’t set up yet
The warehouse and stock there aren’t ready, and it’s too early to buy it as an extra city. The price there stays exactly as you set it.
How to turn it on
The feature is switched on per item. The toggle appears on items only after you connect the feature.

Connect the feature
In “Features”, choose “Change price only in purchased cities” and click “Connect”.

Open the item
In “Products”, open the item and go to “Warehouse management”.

Turn on the toggle
Switch on “Change price only in purchased cities” and save.

Select items in the list and turn on the same toggle in bulk editing.
Common questions
Short answers about how the feature behaves in practice.
Which cities count as purchased?
Your shop’s main city and the extra cities added with the “Extra cities” service. There the bot watches competitors and changes the price as usual.
What price will the other cities have?
The one that’s there now. The bot doesn’t touch it — neither down nor up.
Will the item stay on sale in those cities?
Yes. The feature only affects the price. Availability and warehouse stock work as before.
Does it work with XML integration?
Yes. If prices go to Kaspi through XML integration, prices for cities you haven’t purchased stay unchanged in the file too.
Can I turn it on for only some items?
Yes. Every item has its own toggle. For many items at once, use bulk editing.
What happens if I disconnect the feature?
The bot goes back to the usual scheme: cities you haven’t purchased get the main city’s price again, even if the toggle is on for the item.
