SaleScout services guide · XML integration
Forget manual edits: SaleScout moves your stock and prices to Kaspi for you
Keep your catalog in 1C, MoySklad or on your own website — no more duplicating every change in Kaspi. Connect your price list in Kaspi format once, and SaleScout will automatically sync stock and keep prices up to date.
Works with what you already have. If your software can serve a product list over a link, it will do.
Who needs XML integration with Kaspi
This is for you if
- You have your own website, 1C, CRM or inventory software where stock and prices live.
- You have a lot of products and you’re tired of repeating the same edits in two places.
- You sell not only on Kaspi and want stock to match everywhere.
- You already have a feed set up for Kaspi — then connecting takes a minute.
Why you need an XML feed for Kaspi
Four situations everyone runs into. Switch between them and see who does the work. Times in the examples are approximate.
How the XML integration works
Click a step to read more.
Your system can already serve a product list over a link — usually it’s the same feed you make for Kaspi.
You don’t need to press “refresh”. SaleScout checks your feed regularly and, if something changed, applies it to your products.
If repricing is on, only the limits are taken from the file and the bot picks a price inside them based on competitors. If repricing is off, the price is taken straight from the file.
The rest happens on our side: the service builds a price list with the calculated prices and uploads it to Kaspi itself. You don’t need to open the Kaspi dashboard or set anything up there.
What is pulled from your system
You can manage all of this on your side and never open SaleScout settings.
Stock for every warehouse
If a warehouse isn’t in your feed, its stock counts as zero.
Going on sale and off sale
A product missing from the feed goes off sale. When it reappears, it’s listed again.
Prices by city
One price in Almaty, another in Astana — exactly as you set them.
Minimum price, also by city
The bot won’t go below it in any city.
Cost price and product name
So that profit in reports is calculated from your real numbers.
Bot settings for each product
Whether repricing is on, auto-raise, step, “hold the minimum” mode, protection from archiving.
XML doesn’t get in the way of repricing
If repricing is off for a product, the sale price is taken straight from your feed. If it’s on, only the limits are taken from the feed: minimum and maximum price and step. SaleScout picks the price inside those limits based on competitors.
How to connect XML to your Kaspi shop
Two actions in your SaleScout dashboard. After that the service runs itself.
Get the link to your feed
Your website, 1C, CRM or inventory software provides it. If the feed is already set up for Kaspi, the same link will do.
Paste it into your shop settings
The “Ссылка на XML” field is in your shop settings in SaleScout. Click “Добавить” and you’re done.
Nothing else to do
SaleScout watches the feed, calculates prices and uploads them to your Kaspi shop. No need to open the Kaspi dashboard.
Try it on your own shop
Give the link to your feed once. After that prices and stock on Kaspi take care of themselves.
