    What the product cost you

    10,000 ₸
  2. Desired margin

    Purchase price × 20%

    + 2,000 ₸
  3. Kaspi delivery incl. VAT

    City rate 1,099 ₸ + 16% VAT

    + 1,275 ₸
  4. Packaging

    If you pack it yourself

    + 200 ₸
  5. Cash withdrawal fee

0.95% of the Kaspi price, if enabled

    + 162 ₸
  6. Tax

12% of the Kaspi price + 16% VAT

    + 2,366 ₸

Minimum price

16,513 ₸

The bot won’t go below this price. Costs are calculated from the current Kaspi price — if it differs a lot from the minimum, recalculate.

4,513 ₸ higher than the “by eye” price. At 12,000 ₸, after the commission, delivery and tax you’d lose 1,619 ₸ instead of making 2,000 ₸.

Example: Kaspi price 17,000 ₸, purchase 10,000 ₸, 20% margin, Kaspi city delivery for a product under 5 kg, packaging 200 ₸, 12% category commission, 3% simplified declaration, withdrawal fee enabled.

FAQ

Short answers on how the calculator works in practice.

How is this different from “I’ll just add a bit to the purchase price”?

The Kaspi price also loses the Kaspi commission with VAT, delivery, tax and, if enabled, the cash withdrawal fee. The calculator adds them to the purchase price and margin so costs don’t eat your margin.

Where does the Kaspi commission come from?

From the product category, plus 16% VAT. If the category has a reduced promo rate, you can switch between “Standard” and “Promo”.

How is delivery calculated?

By the Kaspi rate: it depends on the product price, and from 10,000 ₸ also on weight and method — within city, intercity or express. Plus 16% VAT. If you deliver yourself, choose “Own delivery” and enter the amount.

How is tax included?

On the simplified declaration — a percentage of the Kaspi price, 3% by default; you can change the rate. On the general regime, the calculator takes 20% of the desired margin.

What does the “Set Min. Price” button do?

It saves the calculated price as the product’s minimum price, together with the purchase price. The bot won’t drop the price below it.

What if a competitor sells below my minimum price?

The bot won’t go below the minimum. What happens next — stay at the minimum price or compete for the next place — is chosen in the “If price dropped below min. price” feature.

How much does the calculator cost?

It’s free. Connect it in “Features” and it appears in every product.
