SaleScout services guide · Don’t compete with these shops
Don’t compete with selected shops on Kaspi
By default the bot competes against every seller on the product card. Enter a shop ID and the bot stops taking it into account at all, even if that seller holds first place.
Click a competitor to exclude them from the calculation — and see what happens to your price and position.
The bot aims below: Shop A2 — 43 500 ₸
Who needs a seller blacklist
This is for you if
- You run several shops on Kaspi and the same product is sold from two accounts.
- You have a partner or a distributor from the same network and you agreed not to undercut each other.
- A seller on the card holds a clearly off-market price, and the bot chases it and eats your margin.
Why exclude sellers from repricing

A common case: the same listing is posted from two of your accounts. Without this setting the two bots start undercutting each other and push the price down together.
If you agreed with a specific seller not to undercut each other, you exclude exactly their ID. The bot stops treating them as a competitor and the rest of the card stays the same for it.
Without this feature the bot chases that price non-stop and loses margin across all listings. Exclude the ID and the bot stops reacting to that seller while competing normally with everyone else.
The undercutting spiral between your own shops
What happens when one product is sold from two of your accounts. Switch the mode and watch the price. The numbers are an example.
The price slid down by 4 ₸ over four passes
Both shops are yours, but their bots see each other as competitors and drop the price by one step on every pass. There are many passes a day, so the price keeps sliding: the buyer gets the discount while you lose margin — from two accounts at once.
The price stayed at 44 000 ₸
The second shop’s ID is on the exclusion list: the bot doesn’t see it and doesn’t react to its price. Repricing against outside competitors keeps working.
The feature doesn’t hide a competitor from the card
The product card and everything on it belong to Kaspi, and SaleScout doesn’t affect that. The only thing that changes is who your bot looks at when calculating your price.
How to find a seller’s ID on Kaspi
You have no access to someone else’s Kaspi dashboard — the ID comes from the shop’s public page.
Open the competitor’s shop page
It’s public — just look at the address bar:
Copy the number from the link
That’s the seller ID. You add it to the list in your shop settings in SaleScout.
Done — the bot will stop looking at them
Competition with every other seller keeps working as usual.
What to know up front
The feature has to be enabled
The list applies only while the feature is enabled for your shop. Until then the added IDs are simply ignored when the price is calculated.
Your price may end up higher
If the excluded seller holds the lowest price, the bot doesn’t see them and aims at the next one. It can raise your price only with auto-raise enabled; otherwise it just keeps the current one. This is expected behaviour, not a bug.
Your second shop is added manually
The built-in protection only stops the bot from competing with itself — the same shop. Another account or legal entity of yours is an ordinary competitor to the bot until its ID is on the list.
Stop chasing the sellers you shouldn’t
